Remote Commander Kit (RMT-VP1K), two's better than one

It's a common knowledge among Sony camera dealers and customers that less demanded items of Sony camera accessories are pretty hard to obtain.

RMT-VP1K

Upon first available opportunity (of preordering), I ordered two units of Sony Remote Commander Kit (RMT-VP1K)

RMT-VP1K is Infra-red remote commander and receiver kit with multi terminal. It allows users to control the camera from all directions (not just from the front).

I know I have similar (cordless) remote commanders such as RMT-DSLR1, RMT-DSLR2. However, I can use RMT-VP1K from the back of Sony camera. I am sure it will be a bonus to do so.

RMT-VP1K

As my ordering story. I ordered it on 9th January 2015 (fully paid), and was just received it today. That is just 3 days shy of 4 months waiting period. Well, I am patient.

two's better than one series:
part 16 (two iMac G4s, 13 March, 2012)
part 15 (two tea boxes, 8 October, 2011)
part 14 (two Apple Wireless Keyboards, 9 July, 2011)
part 13 (two Apple LED Cinema Displays (27-inch), 14 December, 2010)
part 12 (two digital clocks, 27 September, 2010)
part 11 (two Sony GN58 Flashes, 9 April, 2009)
part 10 (Chinese Dining Sets, 19 February, 2009)
part 9 (Logitech V470, 27 September, 2008)
part 8 (mouse pads, 16 April, 2008)
part 7 (hard disks, 21 February, 2008)
part 6 (drawers, 5 October, 2007)
part 5 (external HDDs, 2nd August, 2007)
part 4 (iPod shuffle, 1st July, 2006)
part 3 (Apple Pro Keyboard and Pro Mouse, 17 April, 2004)
part 2 (Sony Ericsson T610s, 21 February, 2004)
part 1 (GameCubes, 18 December, 2003)
