mont saint-michel style scallop
I haven't been cooking at Laurent's Cooking School for quite a while. But last night's French Provincial dish was scallop. I haven't had scallop for a while, and Laurent would not cook it for me... I had to cook it myself.
After 2.5 hours of preparing and cooking, I managed to make following dishes:
Cheese is pretty much a European food, enjoyed by many white Caucasians. I am not a cheese lover myself, however, I was surprised that I did enjoy the camembert (in croquette).
