a poor man's Move

We all know that Don was not impressed with Nintendo Wii's motion-based controller. Sony PlayStation 3 followed with PlayStaion Move in 2010 (that was three years after Wii Remote). Without a doubt, Don hated Sony's PlayStation Move despite many positive receptions.

So, I decided to get myself something to do more naturally while playing certain games, rather than just pushing certain bottoms on the controller.

PS3 Move (Bundle Pack)

Why did I buy the Bundle Pack instead? Besides the PS3 Move (motion-sensing controller), the Bundle Pack comes with a PlayStation Eye (camera) and some trial games. Although I already have a PlayStation Eye from EyePet, it makes sense to get the bundle pack for the trial games, and a spare camera won't hurt.

Just to complete the picture of current generation gaming consoles, Microsoft released Kinect for Xbox 360 not long after the PlayStation Move. Without a doubt, Don would approve, praise and recommend Kinect unreservedly. Why? The brand name matters.

To Don: Antony is poor.

First, you know that I don't have any reservations against particular brand names. Why you continue to suggest otherwise is completely beyond me.
Second, I never said I hated the Wii or PS3's motion controls. You once again misinterpreted my PREFERENCE for a conventional controller as a hatred for motion control.
Third, no person should call themselves poor having just bought add-ons, for a PS3 no less.

It is more than preferences when (almost) everything from Microsoft is the right design/format/choice... That says a lot.
Getting an add-on does not make anyone rich.

When did I say almost everything from Microsoft was the right choice? That's your job, to tell the world how much everything from Apple is the only option that matters.
You bought an expensive add-on for an already-expensive console, that makes you rich.

You pretty demonstrated so. The very expensive Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate (which if remember correctly, cost more than Sony PS3 console), and the latest and also quite expensive Microsoft Windows 7 Professional.
The add-on is NOT expensive. Sony PS3 is not much more than Microsoft Xbox 360.

I paid NOTHING for BOTH of those! Please wrap your head around that and stop making it sound like I paid full price.
Don't worry - those operating systems are both too expensive for me to afford, just like the PS3, Xbox 360, Move, and so forth. Just because you are rich and can afford those doesn't make them any less expensive to me.
