got unfairly attacked by an off-duty Police Officer?
The good thing is, the law is still fair. According to The Daily Telegraph, a police officer has been charged with assault after he allegedly capsicum-sprayed a man while off-duty on the NSW Central Coast.
It was said that the off-duty officer was at a motel at The Entrance, had a confrontation, then, he decided to used police-issued capsicum spray as a weapon towards a law-abiding citizen who was not a police officer and did not receive any capsicum sprays from police as counter-defensive device.
Carrying and using a police-issued weapon while off-duty is an offense.
