this is Sydney

Unlike beautiful Boston or picturesque Quincy, this is Sydney.

The rats might be cute in the movie Ratatouille (Rat-a-too-ee), they certainly not something people want to have.

Sometime last year (2009), the house suddenly infested with a number of mice or small rats. We could hear them running, and sometime see them looking at us. To make the story short: we got rid of them with chemical (poison). We pretty much tried all sorts (to Don: it reads different brands) of poison available from supermarkets, and the one that works is without a doubt the most expensive one. (to Don: buying cheaper version is in fact a wasting of money)

How lucky Don lives in beautiful Boston without any annoying insect or pest problem.

H.264Get QuickTimeTo reduce the server strain and to speed up the loading, the video clip is encoded with state-of-the-art video codec H.264, which delivers stunning quality at remarkably low data rate. QuickTime Player 7 (free) or QuickTime X is recommended for watching the video clip.

We get rodents (mice) in the house every so often. Instead of complaining about it and falsely telling people that they don't have them, we simply put traps out and dealt with the problem.

I never told people we didn't have rodents here. As a matter of fact, I've been telling people there are lots of annoying insects and pests.
We of course deal with them, except we don't have super efficient methods like you guys have.

Super-efficient methods? While I can't be 100% certain, I am pretty sure traps preceded rat poison.
Posted by Don_HH2K on 21 July 2010 11:55 PM.
The traps don't work for us, because the rodent took the trap away. Hence, we have to resort to chemical way.

So you just confirmed my point, you're the one with the super-efficient method (rat poison); we just have traps.

Not really. I followed your shopping style first (buying the lowest price item), well, the cheap rat poison did not work at all.
Posted by Antony on 22 July 2010 11:26 AM.
We've never used your super-efficient rat poison, just the old-fashioned traps. What more do I need to say?
