a few more poor man's accessories

As expected, nothing much exciting happening here. After all, this is not beautiful Boston with countless of exciting events. It has been pretty cold here in Sydney, and I was a bit sick in the last few days.

Anyhow, the belated entry for my poor man's accessories I bought early last month for my poor man's tablet (iPad).

iPad accessories

I actually got them within a week after receiving my iPad.

The iPad Keyboard Dock is just like the Apple Wireless Keyboard (blog entry), works seamlessly with iPad, and comes with a dock for charging the iPad, and keeping the iPad standing up. I do have the iPad Dock (without keyboard attached). Well, it is important to have different options: keyboard connected or wirelessly. (One of Don's many principles)

Of course, I don't fix the iPad to a single location, therefore, it is handle to have the iPad 10W USB Power Adapter as a secondary charging location. It proves to be extremely convenient.

As for Apple In-Ear Headphones with Remote and Mic, I should've got this years earlier for my iPod touch and iPhone. The sound is simply a whole lot better with this in-ear earphone.

Well, I was a bit stupid I know, I should have ordered all those at time of ordering the iPod.

And to conclude this entry: to Don: Antony is poor.

from iTunes Store:
Since you spent more on a camera and camera accessories than I spent on an entire BMW, should I expect that you'll do the same with your iPad and iPad accessories?

You missed out the points again. It was about the options you told me. Just like you insisted on getting an N900 mobile phone or fat PS2 for the additional options. I got the iPad Keyboard Dock for the different typing options. iPad 10W USB Power Adapter for another location to charge my iPad (one more option). Apple In-Ear Headphones with Remote and Mic, without a doubt, provides another option of an additional set of earphone, as well as the option of better sound.
Further, you don't need to turn everything into its price tag, you know.

Don't make it sound like I bought a super-expensive N900; you know I didn't, and that I still use a $37 phone.

No, I meant to say you would not buy any mobile unless it is an N900 with gives you the option of Linux or whatsoever.
And I got those accessories for "options". So the key thing is getting the options.

Even though I've been looking at a Palm OS handheld (i.e. NOT a Linux/Maemo handheld)?

N900 is not that expensive.

It's certainly way out of my budget, but you could've bought just under half of your iPad for one.

想不出要在哪裡這樣用, 雖然整套看起來很豪華.
