you can be arrest for playing offensive music in Australia
A TEEN has been arrested for listening to what police deem offensive rap music.
The young Nathan legally had his window down, and walked out the car to help his mum carrying shopping bags while leaving the car running (it is not illegal to leave the car running), then the police decided to exercise their powers.
Please note, the Police believe they can decide if a music is 'offensive' or not, and issued a summons which the young fan probably did not deserve to receive. However it seems like that police office does not have power to confiscate the said album from selling legally.
Probably, the police officer does not approve the look of this young rap music fan.
