naming and shaming those evil underage

According to tonight's Today Tonight, Western Australia is about to make a very commendable and positive move - naming and shaming all children (underage) if they commit a crime, regardless of what crimes they commit.

Don has been telling me numerous times, the time has changed. It is indeed very true. Today kids are plain evil. Many victims of today's evil kids will agree on me. The evil kids would read back their rights back to your face, if you dare to catch them. Rights like you can't touch them, you can't sue them (or waste your time and money suing them), and police can't do much to them. (Police won't arrest them, except giving them a pity scold.) Unfortunately, the western influenced legal system tells kids an extremely clear message - no one can do a thing about them, and they always get out of punishment.

Does today's evil kids need protections from law? Allow me to give you a real example, an underage teenager decided to play fire during bushfire season in NSW back in 2003 or 2004. The result? Many families' lifelong memory were gone completely. As for that boy? His lawyer said he was sorry, and his parents paid a few thousand dollars fine. That was ALL. No jail, no punishment, no records.

SillyDog701 and I have been threatened by a then underage Ronnie Williams.

I praise Western Australia, and I hope this new move does go ahead.

How nice, you only acknowledged that the times have changed when it was convenient for you to do so. You've completely ignored that in years and years of AIM chats.

We were making fair comparisons. Therefore, we compare the high school time vs high school time... etc.

See, now you are refusing to acknowledge the "times have changed" again.

Which part of 'fair comparison' you refuse to understand? What's wrong with comparing with the same age?

Easy, that is not a fair comparison. That fails to take into account some ten years of innovation.

Somehow, you did not like my same year fair comparison either. When I compared first half of 2008 or in 2007, back then, you had (and still have) THREE (3) video gaming consoles, and I had none.

I'm truly against this protest law for children's, actually they are so smart that they use it to pressurise and dominate their parents.Using all the liberty children get spoiled and more stubborn.

That would have been a pretty good comparison if you had brought it up in the first half of 2008 or in 2007. The problem is that you made that argument in 2009, AFTER you had acquired all of your gaming stuff.

I remember I brought it up before I had a few.

And kept bringing it up afterward, too.

And still fair comparison.
You have three, I only have two.

Next problem is that you have been trying to use that comparison to prove that I am rich. Except you paid full price for both of your consoles, brand new, whereas all three of mine were used, and one was even free. Hence you spent more, had more money available, and therefore are richer than I am. The logic is fairly simple.
