disgraceful parents
Well, without a doubt, almost anything involving a kid (or even worse, kids) would get the attention. An ordinary issue or accident would suddenly become a state-wide headline once a child is involved. Even if a school kid run on the street and heading towards a car, but the driver of the car would get blame. Not the kid.
Today's parents certainly know how to use kids to get attention.
Today's news from Ten News At Five and Seven News, Telstra decided to improve the mobile service in Summer Hill, including the high speed connection. Some rather selfish parents do not appreciate the decisions. They decided to protest. Not just they, they used their kids to protest. Disgrace!
If the area is not covered by mobile signal, those parents would without a doubt complain that Telstra did not provide enough coverage for emergency needs. High speed mobile broadband can also be helpful in certain emergency situations.
