evil flies and very very hot weather.

Those who never experience the huge amount of flies would never understand why flies are so annoying.

As I mentioned on Monday, the house was attacked by a huge amount of flies. The next day, scorching temperature in Sydney... my thermometer showed that it was 37.1°C (98.8°F) outside. Lucky that I bought a small portable aircon ((Omega Altise Reverse Cycle Portable Air Conditioner APC12RC) this February. It really helped.

A hot day like that, it means more flies to kill. Between Laurent and I, we killed at least another 30 flies on Tuesday.

After the hot day yesterday, today's temperature dropped down to 22°C, and a bit of raining. That's Sydney's weather for you Don. Sydney is not beautiful Boston, picturesque Quincy or reputable Rochester.

Those flies certainly do not look friendly. Here are two photos in macro photography:
