7two and censorship

Channel 7Two was launched today at midday, with a very good program to kick start the station - Michael Jackson's last televised concert. What a brilliant idea. Thank you Channel 7Two.

The artist decided to uncover the bather off this sculpture in the protest of censorship in arts.

The event organisers had ordered him to keep the artwork covered up, but those at Tamarama Beach said it was an unnecessary censorship. The artist Paul Trefry said he had fed up too critical on stuff, "It's a statue of a kid, that's all it is. There's no other hidden meaning behind it."
The visitors supported him, many believe the censorship has gone too far.
The council has no problem with the uncovered artwork.

Well, to Americans, such artwork is unlikely to get approved.
