how many computers are enough?

According to ZDNet, having more than 10 computers is not that surprising at all.

Asked how many PCs - including laptops, desktops and netbooks - they own, 45 per cent of ZDNet sister site silicon.com readers who responded admitted to having between three and five.

An even more hardware-heavy 32 per cent claimed to have between five and 10 computers tucked away while another six per cent 'fessed up to having more than 10 machines. And presumably very large houses and/or understanding partners.

Well, our friend in beautiful Boston once had sixteen (16) computers at one stage of time when he was only 17.

Makes you appear like a "techno-dullard" eh Ant?
He was no doubt honing his computer building and repair skills?

Well, Antony did not mention that fourteen of those sixteen PCs were free, mostly either from the garbage or given to me by other people once they had outlived their usefulness.
The remaining two paid ones are the laptop which Antony refers to as the "superfast 64-bit dual processor laptop with powerful 3D graphics accelerator!", and one I got for $2.50 when a local computer store closed down.

I am a bit surprised that you remember the full version of the description.
