Today's big news - a chicken named Mr Clucky was the centrepiece of the court battle in Miami. Authorities there want Mr Clucky out, but Mr Clucky is a celebrity rooster and Miami Beach tourist favorite.

Mr Clucky's owner Mark Buckley well prepared for the court hearing, but Mr Clucky's own Mr Clucky's own testimony might have ruin the hope.
