homemade Caesar Salad

Laurent knows that I like Caesar Salad, so he does not make Caesar Salad often.
Last night, he and his student made some Caesar Salad. My job last night? Eating the Caesar Salad.

Here's the photo of last night's Caesar Salad:

If you look at the photo carefully, you will see that the Caesar Salad was served in a square bowl, a Corelle lightweight bowl.

The Caesar Salad dressing was also made by Laurent and his student. Much stronger than the commercial version (bottles from supermarket).

According to Laurent, Caesar Salad was from America, despite the name.
