square plates are back

I am certainly not geeky or nerdy enough to eat "greasy crap" at BK. Burger King (or Hungry Jack as it is called here) would be my last choice of fast food restaurants if I have to.

Last week I forgot to use square plates. On Friday, I remembered to use the very important square plates, as well as black background.

Originally scheduled to post those photos yesterday, however, it was hot and I was tired.

It was my second Practical Hospitality Cooking Class class with Margot at Laurent's cooking school. It was a bit faster, we spent about three hours preparing and cooking.
