26th January is Australia Day, then followed by scorching hot days in Melbourne and Adelaide. Adelaide had 4 straight days of temperatures well above 40°C (104°F). Power grid could not cope the heat and high usage, Melbourne's public system melted down, more than 6,000 hectares were burned. (who doesn't prefer beautiful snow to heat?) Also congratulations to the safe birth of octuplets (6 boys and 2 girls) in the United States. Home and Away turns 21 on Wednesday.
