back to cooking again

Sorry for no blog entry yesterday. It was hot and I was tired of cooking. Kids were back to school from the past Monday, and I started my first cooking for 2009 yesterday with Margot from Austra. We spent three and a half hours preparing and cooking. (Food preparation takes longer than cooking.)

Green beans, casserole and omelet are today's dishes. Nothing special today.

I have no idea what Exotic Fruit Salad is called Exotic Fruit Salad. One thing for sure, a touch of strawberries would make the Fruit Salad a lot tastier.
