coffee is good for you

coffee made by Nespresso Lattissima

An exciting news from this morning's Sunrise:

Good news for coffee lovers. It has been revealed that regular middle-aged drinkers can lower their chances of developing Alzheimer's disease. Researchers in Finland and Sweden believe people who drink three to five cups of coffee a day could reduce the risk by as much as half. It's believed anti-oxidants found in coffee can help combat the disease.

Sorry, not Mountain Dew. Well, I recommend Nespresso coffee.

Forgot to say it but: Fox News sucks. It's biased. And far from truthful.

This is not a political story. You can find similar reports from other networks.

None of those coffees in the picture look appetising!

Rev. Dr. Wu Yi,
I know you are jealous about my Nespresso coffees.

Yes, I secretly want to have my own...NOT!!!
You have fallen since the Krup days Ant! IMO.

Unfortunately, three or more cups of coffee per day triples the risk of hallucinations.
Maybe that's why Antony thinks he sees a black guy in the mirror?

That explains A LOT.

....."Antony thinks he sees a black guy in the mirror?" I had a chat with him on Skype yesterday, and in poor lighting, he actually looks black! Or at least like an interviewee in a witness protection programme!!

Thank you Rev. Dr. Wu Yi for confirming that I am black. (You don't need to mention additional detail you know.)

Judging by some reference photos he sent me via AIM/iChat yesterday, Antony seems to enjoy photographing himself in improperly-lit environments.

I hope they were all whilst fully clothed...LOL!!

I hope so too. They were only of his arm and the back of his hand up against the von Luschan scale, though due to how he'd lit his hand, none of his photos were conclusive.
