it's good to be back

Although the weather in Sydney is extremely hot, nowhere near as nice as beautiful Boston. it is good to be back after 16 days holiday in Tasmania.

Although I don't live close to a Gloria Jeans Coffees or Wendy's Ice Cream, they are not that far away. (The closest ones are in Broadway Shopping Centre.) I also know a number of local (independent) owned coffee shops, and many other shops around and nearby. Best of all, most shops open late. Unlike Tasmania, extremely hard to get anything on Saturday afternoon or Sunday. And in smaller towns, Monday seem to be the holiday for shops.

Well, I will need to recovery from the holiday. (to Don: Antony is old.)

Also, after spending 16 days outdoor, Antony is now really dark. (to Don: Antony is black and poor.)

Forgot to mention (sorry, my brain wasn't working very well this morning), it is good to be back to where mobile coverage is available (Vodafone and 3G network).
I will post photos in a few days time, or perhaps after I get the iLife '09 (currently scheduled Late January)

It's a new year since you went away, and I'm sure there must be lots of purchases to be made in 2009!

I did not buy many items in 2008, only a handful (or a small list) of gadgets or electronic products.
It is very hot here today in Sydney. 31.7°C inside and 35.2°C outdoor (according to my digital thermometer.)

My two analog thermometers, both outside, read 38c and 40c respectively. Now the storm is brewing!

Well it's -12c here, and there's other parts of the country that get much colder, beautiful Boston included.
