Michael Jackson needs lung transplant???

Michael Jackson, one of best-selling recording artists of all time, recently turned 50, and in recent decades been dogged by scandal and speculation about his lifestyle, has some new rumours about him.

US gossip magazine In Touch said that Michael Jackson is suffering from the rare genetic illness, Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, as well as emphysema and gastrointestinal bleeding. It is also said that he needs lung transplant but may be too week to go through that.

Michael Jackson's spokesman denied the story.

The spokesman also provides new hint on the coming back of Michael Jackson:
“Mr Jackson is in fine health, and finalising negotiations with a major entertainment company and television network for both a world tour and a series of specials and appearances.”
