posting baby-swinging video is child pornography: Queensland Police

Today's news from The Sydney Morning Herald about a man re-posting (i.e. sharing) a non-nude, non-sexual oriented home video to a website is being arrested by Queensland Police. Not long ago, I mentioned a story from Channel 7's Today Tonight on disgraceful Queensland police officer Constable Michael Anthony O'Sullivan, bashing innocent law-abiding citizens and even abused the police power on charging them for police assault. The latest story:
The poor guy Chris Illingworth who merely wanted to share a laugh to other internet fellows when he saw a non-child pornography and clearly not even anything sexual video. The Queensland Police forced him to police station, interviewed him without a lawyer, forced him to provide fingerprints and a DNA sample and a mug-shot.

Let's look back to early 2004, to best of my knowledge, Queensland Police did not arrest/charge the well known Australian celebrity Steve Irwin. Irwin did not just swing his baby Bob, but also dangling in front of crocodile about to be fed. (blog entry)
