Dragby side table

Well, Antony and Laurent are poor. Neither of us had an adjustable spanner (a wrench to Americans) until yesterday. We bought a cheap side table from IKEA on Friday, however we were unable to assemble it due to the lack of an adjustable spanner.

This is the very useful adjustable spanner (wrench) Laurent bought yesterday from a two-dollar shop.

We did not even have a spanner of any sort until yesterday. (to Don: Antony is poor)

This is the assembled Dragby side table from IKEA. It costs only A$14.95.

What am I going to use this side table for? Three remote controls: remote controls for Sony Bravia LCD TV, Sony PlayStation 3, and Panasonic DVD/VHS recorder/player. It is interesting to note that PlayStation 3's remote control is Bluetooth based, which means I don't need to point it to the PlayStation 3, however, for some unknown reason, I always point to it.

All those remote controls are re-wrapped with Glad Wrap ;-)

The adjustable spanner was the better purchase.

Although the side table is not square, it is glass which makes it look good.

I have to agree with Rev. Dr. Wu Yi, the adjustable spanner was the better purchase. I'd have much more of a use for one of those than a fancy side table.
(to Antony: Don is poor; zero glass tables in his house.)
