Well, it's Lo-Fi not Hi-Fi on Criminal Minds tonight. Criminal Minds is on Channel 7 at the regular 8.30pm tonight. On Channel Ten, new episode of House is on at the same time. Tomorrow night, my second must-watch show Prison Break returns with season 4.

Tonight on Criminal Minds at 8.30pm (season 3 episode 20: Lo-Fi):

The BAU faces one of their toughest cases when they must determine if a series of random shootings in New York are the work of a single serial killer or a team of killers.

Then, a repeat episode of Criminal Minds at 9.30pm (season 2 episode 8: Empty Planet):

The BAU must help identify and catch a serial bomber terrorising the city of Seattle. Through their investigation, they meet Professor Kent, the author of a science fiction novel that has become a guidebook for the attacker.

Criminal Minds starts tonight at 8.30pm after Medical Emergency on Channel Seven. Don't forget tomorrow night's Prison Break.
