A Finland school had a shooting rampage, killing 11 people. In order to restore the confidence on US Economy or to prevent a potential recession, US Congress is almost ready to spend $840 billion taxpayers' money for the bad debt. Finland's second school shooting in a year. 22 year-old Matti Juhani Saari opened fire on 10 students then killed himself in a Finland hospitality school. He posted his intention online. The US Congress has almost reached a deal to bait out banks' bad debt. Lawmakers say they agreed on the fundamentals principles with $840 billion deal. That is taxpayer's money. Hawthorn won the AFL Grand Final.
