The regular weekly The Week It Was returns today. Blame Laurent for not able to post The Week It Was entry last week.

Peter Costello decided not to take over the Liberal leadership. Hurricane Ike is heading Texas after Cuba. The biggest scientific experiment in history did not result "the end of the world".
