avocado, marinara and almond

There's the usual weekly food entry. Yesterday I made avocado, marinara and almond dishes as part of Laurent's Express and Tasty Cooking Class.

Avocado with Mozzarella Cheese and Mustard Dressing
Spaghetti Marinara
Almond Tartlets

Today's dishes are quit easy to make, well, this course is called “Express and Tasty Cooking”. Avocado with Mozzarella Cheese and Mustard Dressing was actually French Dressing instead. The leftover French Dressing (by Laurent) to save me trouble making mustard dressing. If you look at the photo carefully, you might notice the left half and the right half of avocado on the plate were a bit different. I made the left one, and Laurent demonstrated with the right one. Spaghetti Marinara was quite easy to make. Almond Tartlets taste great, strawberries aren't part of the dish, but who can resist the beautiful and tasty strawberries?

Another chicken-knowledge for Rev. Dr. Wu Yi. How do you get bigger eggs? You simply feed the chicken more, then the eggs will be bigger.

Well, I forgot to tell Laurent to use square plates.
