Chicken Kedgeree, Glazed Zucchini and Strawberry Romanoff

This afternoon, I prepared three dishes as part of Laurent's Express and Tasty Cooking Class.

Cooking rice without a rice cooker is a very challenging task. I used to burn rice when I lived in Randwick. Blame the rice cooker. I did not make the meringue nest (the base in Strawberries a la Romanoff) myself, I bought the ready-made one (Pavlova) from Coles.

I requested Laurent to place foot on square plates for photos. Why? The golden rule for making food taste good? Put all the food on the square plates. The food not just look good on square plates, they also taste good.
