Express and Tasty Cooking on square plates

Well, yesterday was I cooked another three dished in Laurent's cooking school's Express and Tasty Cooking Class.

Here are the photos from my second Express and Tasty Cooking.

The dishes are:
Scramble Eggs with Smoked Salmon
Buttered Sprout with Almonds
Pineapple Upside Down Cake

The Scramble Eggs with Smoked Salmon were supposed to be placed on top of toasts, I used baked Hash Browns (bought from Woolworths) instead.

The golden rule for making food taste good? Put all the food on the square plates. The food not just look good on square plates, they also taste good.

Mmmmmmm looks OK. But Brusslesprouts with scrambled eggs? Never heard of that before! And someone stole two bits of decoration from the front of your pineapple upsidedown cake! Don't be lazy and make your own hash-browns!

Woolworths is having special on hash browns at 29 cents each (instead of 40c ea). The first time I have hash browns backed instead of fried. Hash browns taste better when backed.

I'm sure you mean "baked" Antony.
However, when you peel and shred your own raw potato and fry or bake with pepper and salt ( as in the remote village) you will enjoy them a lot more than the store bought fat saturated ones.
Just a thought.
