Last month, I bought Belkin CushTop. If you use the laptop on you lap for a long period of time, you should consider getting one like this.

Does Cush Top have some kind of ventilation to keep the device cool for long usage?

It does reduces the heat from laptop. However, the current MacBook Pro does not product that much heat (compared to previous models and other brands.)
