they discontinued it? The trouble of getting Lipton tea

Last week I was looking for Lipton Decaffeinated teabags in Woolworths. I couldn't see any in the local Woolworths, so I asked the staff for Lipton decaf tea. (Yes, I specified Lipton brand name.) The staff walked to the aisles and couldn't see any Lipton decaf tea, then she told me, “They discontinued it.”
I noticed the way she described the situation, blaming Lipton instead of Woolworths (Leichhardt). I asked “You meant Woolworths do not carry it?”
She simply repeated again “I can't find it here. They must have discontinued it.”
I stated myself clear, “You meant Woolworths do not carry it, not Liptop stopped making decaf tea?”

Yesterday, I shopped at Coles and bought two packs of Lipton Decaffeinated Tea. According to Lipton website, Lipton Decaffeinated is still under their product section, and I can get it from Coles. Lipton Decaffeinated Tea must not have been discontinued. Woolworths for whatsoever reason refuse to carry it, fine. There's no need to shift the blame to another company or intentionally mislead their customers.

If you look at the photo below carefully, you should see Wendy spoons behind my Aeroccino machine and right next to sugar sticks. I know I am lazy, using sugar sticks is easier. Behind the teabags on the left is my Nespresso coffee machine. (I know Rev. Dr. Wu Yi is jealous about my Nespresso coffee machine.)

You simply can't trust your local supermarket. Shame on you Woolworths.
