new couch and an ottoman

As mentioned earlier, Laurent and I went to pick up the couch today. The couch took us two trips to the furniture shop, as it is one block away from our place.

Presenting the Miller Chaise, and the newly polished floor (one photo was taken without flash, one with flash):

The new sofa is very comfortable. Hundred times better than sitting on the extremely un-comfy sofa-bed. (Okay, I insisted Laurent to get rid of the sofa-bed.)

Since there's a new couch in the living room, I decided to get myself an ottoman for my office. Not a fancy new, but enough to keep my legs comfy while sitting on my (small) couch. The red couch is not as comfy as the new sofa with chaise in the living room.

(To Don: I am poor, I did not pay for the full cost of the couch. Also, my office is small. The new ottoman and the red couch are also in my tiny office.)
