A few weeks back, I bought two mouse pads from IKEA. Actually, I only needed an extra one, but IKEA has them for $0.99 each. So I got two. They look rather nice when you put them together.

To be honest, those IKEA mouse pads are not that comfortable to use. I still prefer Fellows mouse pad (the slim profile version), it works very well for me.

In the meantime, my invisibleSHIELD for MacBook Pro has arrived in a tube.

You might recall that I bought invisibleSHIELD for my iPod touch. It works really as promised on their website. For that reason, I decided to get the full body coverage for MacBook Pro.

The contents of invisibleSHIELD for MacBook Pro (full body coverage):

Applying invisibleSHIELD takes time, and once applied, it takes 12-24 hours to "set up" properly. I intend to apply the invisibleSHIELD in two stages. Apply the wrist rest section first, let it set for 24 hours. Then apply the back and top coverages the following day.
