Royal Easter Monday

Laurent and I decided to go to Royal Easter Show today. Royal Easter Show is an important show during this time of the year, it is not just for the kids, but also many adults there.
It was an interesting day, Laurent and I saw a lot of beef (cows), pork and bacon (pigs), horses, geese, ducks and un-tied up chickens. Lamb (sheep) was missing for some unknown reason. There were some very skinny chooks as well as some big fat chickens, I even noticed one that is remarkably similar to Foghorn Leghorn.

Somehow they put each chicken in a cage, which limits the space of each one. Back in the remote village, we don't use cages, we simply use strings to tie up each chicken (by the leg). This way, we don't need to worry chickens running away, and it is quite easy to confirm them.

Besides the ticket, I did not spend much there (compared to previous years). I only bought one showbag - Coca-Cola showbag. Coca-Cola is the showbag I will definitely buy if I go to Easter Show.

Another un-Easter Show related issue. Laurent's PC suddenly can't boot up last night. I checked everything, pushing the power cord back in, but still couldn't boot up. It was Easter Sunday last night, and Laurent needed to use the internet. Solution? My PowerBook G4 came to rescue.

After coming back from Easter Show, I decided to re-plug the power cords of Laurent's computer. I booted up Laurent's PC tonight! Perhaps the power cord was not connected properly.

Well, here endeth the Easter long weekend holiday.
