Art Isn't Easy, housewives
Well, I did not watch Desperate Housewives live last Monday, as I decided to pick up my iPot touch from Mascot. Thanks to EyeTV, Desprate Housewives was recorded on my iMac, and I watched it the following day.
Last week on Wisteria Lane, Bob and Lee, a gay couple, move in, Susan tries to welcome them, but the result is a disaster. Lynette finds that her libido has returned, but Tom is put off by the sight of her bald head after her old wig won't stay in place. Edie is not terribly upset to learn she has crabs, probably from a tanning bed. Carlos tells Gaby, who is horrified. Not only does it mean he's still sleeping with Edie, but that Victor likely has crabs too. Phyllis (Rex's mother) arrives, and discovers Bree's pregnant is fake. Bree has to tell her that it was actually Danielle is pregnant. Phyllis leaves the party and goes to take Danielle home straight away. If you missed out last week's Desperate Housewives - If There's Anything I Can't Stand, you can download it legally from iTunes Store.
Tonight on Desperate Housewives, (Season 4 episode 5, Art Isn't Easy)
When a controversial sculpture is erected in Wisteria Lane, the neighbourhood association springs into action. Meanwhile, Edie uncovers Carlos's secret. Elsewhere, Bree is furious when Phyllis, Rex's mother, meddles in her life.
Remember Gaby's former gardener John Rowland? He will be back tonight. Desperate Housewives airs at 8.30 tonight on Channel Seven followed by Dirty Sexy Money.
Last time on Desperate Housewives, (Season 4 episode 5, If There's Anything I Can't Stand):
Susan is slow to catch onto the fact that her new neighbors, Bob and Lee, are a gay couple. When they mention a Raphael, she pretends to be okay with what she assumes is a threesome, before she realizes that they're talking about their dog. Susan tries to make up for her terrible first impression by bringing Lee "homemade" cookies. He asks if they have nuts in them, since he's horribly allergic, and Susan has to confess they're actually store-bought cookies, heated up to appear fresh. He tells her to keep them.
