my Valentine's meal
Yesterday was Valentine's Day, instead of celebration, I was helping Laurent with his La Péniche Restaurant. It was quite busy.
I took a photo of five major courses from his 8-course Valentine's meal:
Those are Velouté of Japanese Mushrooms & Tapioca, Parisian Style Baked Seafood Gratin, Veal Escalope and Prosciutto Ham Parcel & Truffle Jus, Chocolate Soft Hart Brownie & Vanilla Cream Anglaise served with Raspberries Parfait.
I had some of the Valentine's meal afterwards. It was too much food, and I only managed to finish 3 courses (in reduced portion). (Well, I am fat, and I need to be on diet.)
