Epson AcuLaser C1100N is working again

Few days ago, my Epson AcuLaser C1100N stopped working. I contacted Epson Support yesterday. We did some diagnosing over the phone, and there's was a technician here today.

It was very quick to fix it. Just align the roller (for paper catching). The problem: The roller was out of alignment.

The service was under warranty, and pretty quick in my opinion. Well done Epson.

My laser printer is working now, and I am happy.

This printer has been under heavy usage for home office. Between Laurent and I, we've printed 9025 pages all together (according to printer's status sheet). The printer was bought on 1st May last year. You can work out the average prints per day ;-) (Laurent still prints most of this stuff on his Canon i560 (inkjet printer). Manual feed double-side printing is counted as two pages.)
