sneaky, power-abusing Manly Council
You can't believe what Manly Council has done, putting up fences without any notice stealthily at 2am.
The trouble started with two restaurant owners on the Corso. Somehow they were fighting the outdoor setting spaces.

Manly Council who controls the public land might have the legal right to what they want, their action might well be legal, however it is without a doubt unethical and disgraceful.
Shame on you Manly Council.
