finally I paid off the camera

Finally, I paid off the Sony Cyber-shot DSC H9 I bought in Bundaberg. My Canon PowerShop S50 was damaged in Maryborough, and how could I survive the rest of the trip without a camera.

The camera itself cost AU$795, but with 2GB Memory Stick PRO Duo and an additional 4 year warranty purchased at the same time, it was over $1000 on my credit card. Commonwealth Bank offers Great Rate option. (Purchases over $1000 on one transaction can apply for Great Rate, which is 0.99% pa interests rate for 3 months.) I could've paid off straight away, but the Grate Rate option only costs me $2.7 over three months, I figured that I should take it. I usually pay off my credit card on the due date (up to 55 days interests free period) so I don't get additional charges.

The Grade Rate period for the camera ends on 1st or 2nd of January. I decided to pay it off today (end of the year), so I don't carry the debt over to the next year.
