Merry Christmas

This is what happened just an hour past midnight today (25th December 2007).

Laurent and I are worse than kids, I will admit that. We went to bed few minutes before midnight, and got up at 0.05 (5 minutes past midnight). What did we do the first thing when we get up on the Christmas day? Opening the presents. About 1.20am, we finished opening all the presents, and we had a big box of wrapping paper as the photo shown above. (The photo was taken later the day.)

I got quite a few surprises.

Laurent knows that I like square bowls and dishes, he bought me a few square bowls.

A rather expensive one from The Essential Ingredient:

Four square bowls and a black tray. (Come with some nuts.)

Somehow, I started drinking thickshake in 2001, and since then, I've always wanted a shake maker. However, each time when I saw a shake maker machine in the shop, I told myself I wanted one, but never managed to get one. It was not that I can't afford one, but I ended up telling myself I can live without one. He got me one!

For those who aren't that familiar with milkshake and thickshake, milkshake and thickshake are about the same, except thickshake has more ice cream and less milk, and the shop will charge you more for it.

I also got a soft toy, named Sebastian. I will introduce him to Grumpy.

I also received two gift vouchers (one from John, thanks), and chocolates. In total, I got 27 gifts. (Laurent got 23.) Christmas for non-Christians simply means, buying presents, and getting presents.
