new Apple Keyboard

After the Aperture workshop training in Academy Store on Monday, I bought the new Apple Keyboard, wired one. The new Apple Keyboard, although does not look comfortable to type, it is actually very comfy. I don't have to press the keys down the same depth as compared to previous Apple Pro Keyboard and Apple Wireless Keyboard I have. The thin profile also makes my hands more comfortable. In short, I like the new keyboard.

I could've bought the new Wireless version, but since I typed quite bit, the full range keyboard can be benefit to me. I think I can live with the extra cord. After few days of using the new keyboard, I'm still adjusting location of the special keys. I am used to F9-F11 for Exposé keys (it is now F3 by default), the sound control keys above the numerical keypad, and F12 for Dashboard. I will have to relearn the location of those special keys. Besides that, it is a great keyboard, comfortable to use and stylish.
