don't disguise photos with swirly pattern

If you want to disguise photos or screen shots, don't use swirly pattern.


It turns out that the disguised photo was restored by Germany's police agency. He is a paedophile and those images are of him sexually abusing children posted on the net. Although not 100% perfect, but it is identifiable.

They are

INTERPOL, the world's largest international police organisation with 186 member countries (Australia is included), has released more photos about this guy, and appeal to track down this guy.

A kind word, if you want to disguise certain part of photo, don't use swirly pattern.

updated (16 Oct 2007): This guy is spotted in Thailand, his name is Christopher Paul Neil, 32, Canadian.
