You can't have negative reviews, or you'll be sued.
It appears that if you run a forum, you'd better make sure none of user users post any negative review/comments, or you will be sued. 2Clix Australia says so.
A popular Australian forum (Whirlpool) founder was sued by 2Clix Australia (software company) because some members criticising 2Clix Australia's software and encourage other members to avoid purchasing their products. (source: News.com.au)
Want a good review? Make better products! Shame on you, 2Clix Australia.
