Kitty Hawk in Sydney
US Navy aircraft carrier Kitty Hawk arrived in Sydney's Garden Island Navy Base yesterday. A big news? New South Wales Government and RTA (Roads and Traffic Authority) certainly think so. An unnecessary clearway of entire suburb (worried about car bombing??) to protect US ship which has been to Brazil, fought in Vietnam War, helped U.S. special forces attacking Mid Eastern countries after September 11.
The traffic was a chaos in the city yesterday. A train stopped in the Harbour Bridge causing the train network melt down.
Laurent went to the navy base and took following pictures with my camera.

With regards to the KittyHawk visiting, you should be glad my son is one of the many sailors that dumped money into your economy. Keep in mind, this is not the first time is been to your "wonderful" little city.
