Garlic mashed potatoes
Last Tuesday was my last course of Basic Cooking, and one of the menu is Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Somehow I don't like the garlic, so I do not put the garlic at all.
Well, it should be called "Garlic Mashed Potatoes without Garlic" to be more exact. (Yes, I like cracked black pepper.) I then had a great idea to improve it...
I turned the "Garlic Mashed Potatoes without Garlic" into "Mashed Potatoes with Chocolate and Raisins".
It not just looks good, but also tastes great!
