The Week It Was
The regular The Week It Was video clip captured from this morning's Weekend Sunrise. I am such a big Sunrise fan.
So, what happened this past week? Happy Feet won the only Oscar for Australia, Senator Ian Campbell was forced to resign from environment minister after revealing that he met with disgraced West Australian premier Brian Burke. (Burke was forced to quit the Labor party in disgrace following calls from the current Premier of Western Australia Alan Carpenter, in part due to evidence provided to the Corruption and Crime Commission.) Australian music legend Billy Thorpe passed away on Wednesday at age of nearly 61.
Let's wish for a great week ahead. As usual, the exciting Monday night, Desperate Housewives starts at 8.30.
