Dick Cheney, who once shot Harry Whittington in his nick, then received an apology from Mr Whittington, is clearly NOT welcome here. What a trouble maker from the States. He might enjoyed his beer with Mr Howard, at the cost of stopping the traffic of entire Sydney Harbour Bridge. Shame!

US Vice President Dick Cheney's visit to Sydney has caused traffic chaos and inconvenience for thousands of drivers and residents.

Police closed the Sydney Harbour Bridge for half an hour, just so Mr Cheney could drive across it to have lunch with John Howard.

The entire route travelled by Dick Cheney was locked down on both sides of traffic. Cheney's security details even attacked two yachts. They were not properly warned, how would they have the chance to get away in time for Dick Cheney?

When Australian citizens need police's assistance, the waiting time was more than 30 minutes. That citizen simply can't hold the suspect any longer. Of course, the wimpy Police Force said they don't have enough resource. However, they don't seem to be short of resource when protecting Dick Cheney or George W. Bush.
