Academy Store Ram Raid Renovation Sale

I was there when Australia's largest Apple authorised reseller opened its new door at Bondi Junction.

Academy Store was ram raided on 25th January morning (4.35am) by a group of guys in a Subaru Liberty GT Wagon. In about 90 second of time, the 5 guys managed to take about $150,000 of stock and demonstration equipment. (ram raid means smashing of store window with car)

The photo on the left shows the Academy Store in its opening night, and the photo on the right shows the damage.

The Academy Store will have a special party commences 6:00pm and ends 9:00pm on Monday (5th Feb). They will be making a quick presentation at around 6:30pm outlining their activities and expansion plans for 2007.

Since I am taking Illustrator class there that afternoon, I will attend the party. However, Season 3 of Desperate Housewives premieres at 8.30pm, I can't stay there for long. It is very important to get home ready for the Housewives.
