I noticed this interesting sign while returning the DVDs to Blockbuster. It's a photographic shop called The Pictureman, what caught my attention was the promotional sign!

As the sign says:

Shoot the Kids,
Hang the Family,
Frame the Wife...

Each sentence has two meanings :-) The one I liked the best is... "Frame the Wife"

Speaking of the double meaning in English. One thing that comes to my head is the arrogant Engrish.com. What's wrong with Engrish.com? It is a site dedicated to (mainly) Japanese and those who tried hard to learn English. Obviously, those English learners won't speak English as fluent as native English speakers. The arrogant Engrish.com site decided to make a huge fun on them. And if you look carefully on all the pictures on Engrish.com website, you can find that a huge number of pictures do not show any spelling or grammatical errors.

I have yet to see any Japanese speaker insulting Japanese learners in such way.

If a good English speaking Japanese photographer decides to use the same promotional words (in Japan), you can expect a picture of such showing in Engrish.com insulting the Japanese.
