don't feed the birds
Don't feed the birds, SRA (State Rail Authority of NSW) says. I saw this sign on a small dining table for one of the fast food outlets in City Rail building.
It says
Feeding the birds may result in a $550 fine from the S.R.A.
That's very expensive to feed the birds.
Birds can be annoying, but a $550 fine? I believe the hidden agenda is to cut down the cleaning cost. Couldn't they just hire a few more people to keep the area in clean condition?
