Desperate Housewives tonight!

Season two of Desperate Housewives premieres tonight 8:40 on Channel Seven! The show that kept you desperate last year, and highest rating show in Australia... it returns tonight.

After tonight's Desperate Housewives, Channel will run a special encore of the premiere of Prison Break originally shown on Wednesday last week, 2 million viewers watched the premiere of Prison Break. Last year, Channel Seven repeated the premiere of Despearte Housewives the following day with incredible 1.1 million viewers.

The first episode of Prison Break is 2 hours long. That makes 3 hours of exciting TV show tonight. (I watch Prison Break last Wednesday.)

Desperate Housewives, Next, (season 2 episode 1)

When Mike arrives home, he finds Zach holding Susan hostage and has to find a way to rescue them both. Meanwhile Lynette interviews for an account executive position at a top ad agency, now that Tom has agreed to stay home with the kids. Her boss, Nina (guest star Joely Fisher), is skeptical about hiring a mother of four, so Lynette makes a big effort to impress her. Rex's mother, Phyllis (guest star Shirley Knight), comes in for his funeral -- and to drive Bree crazy. And Gabrielle, feeling guilty about her unfaithfulness, dutifully begins visiting Carlos in jail, on the season premiere of Desperate Housewives.

Prison Break

Michael Scofield is a desperate man in a desperate situation. His brother, Lincoln, is on death row and scheduled to die in a few months for a murder Michael is convinced he did not commit. With no other options and very little time, Michael gets himself incarcerated, alongside his brother, and begins planning a prison break. As racial tensions simmer inside the prison, Lincoln's lawyer digs into his case while Michael works on his escape plan.
